By strictly avoiding US-based cloud providers (hyperscalers), I am not subject to the US CLOUD Act. This prevents foreign authorities from legally accessing your sensitive data. German jurisdiction applies exclusively. -
German Network Addresses:
All systems communicate via dedicated German network addresses. Your sensitive data remains strictly under the jurisdiction of German law (GDPR). -
Encrypted Tunnels:
The server is effectively invisible to the public internet. Encrypted tunnel technology ensures there are no open ports facing outwards, preventing direct attacks on the hardware. -
